Orders are processed as quickly as possible, pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.
Most orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days.
Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 2-5 business days.
Certain products may have longer processing times. These will be noted on the product and cart pages.
Pre-orders have a future ship date from the date of purchase. Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured upfront. You will be notified once your order ships.
If your order contains pre-order items and available items, please note that your order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s)are received.
Pre-orders are eligible for refunds/cancellations before your order ships and pre-orders are eligible for returns within 30 days of delivery.

Due to the volume of orders, we are unable to make any changes to the items in your order after it has been placed. This includes order modifications, cancellations, and address changes.
If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item.
We are unable to change or cancel an order after you've placed it. If you have placed an order in error, return your item once received for a full refund.
It is possible that your order may be canceled during high-volume periods due to inventory selling out. If your order is canceled, all charges will be automatically refunded. We recommend trying to place your order again or signing up for our waitlist for the sold-out item.

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
We work hard to keep our products in stock at all times. If your desired item, color, or size is out of stock, you can sign up for email notifications on the product page. You may also sign up for our emails and/or text messages to be notified of any restocks or new product launches.
