We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders for a limited time

If shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, your order will ship USPS Ground.

Ground Shipping - Delivery in 5 to 7 Business Days.

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification email or by logging in to your account on bradybrand.com.

If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each individual shipment.

Pre-orders have a future ship date from the date of purchase. Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front. You will be notified once your order ships.

Pre-orders are eligible for refunds/cancellations before your order ships and pre-orders are eligible for returns within 30 days of delivery.

Pre-orders are excluded from any discounts or promos, no expedited shipping is available.

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

Check on your order's status via the order history page within your customer account, or the most recent email from Brady Brand regarding your shipment. If your order has been marked as delivered, but cannot be located, please contact our Customer Service team via email at support@bradybrand.com for further assistance.

Once an order is placed, please allow 2-5 business days for the order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you may track the package online. Please allow up to 7 business days for the package to arrive to you from the day your order is shipped.
